Checking In
I started to write a whole thing about boundaries and timeliness in sessions, which is what we discussed in our last live meet-up. It was a great discussion! It's an important topic, but right now I just want to check in on you and how you're doing.
How's your wellness, your mental health, your self-care? How are YOU doing right now? There is such distressing and horrifying news globally, on a daily basis, and I know we're all dealing with a lot. I know I have been, personally, professionally, and on a human-who-is-living-on-this-planet level.
